Visit Programme

A visit to the following laboratories in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of The Hong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong Science Park will be arranged for the interested participants of ISL Asia 2011 on 21st October 2011 (Friday).

Morning Session - The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Location	:	The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) Hung Hom, Kowloon Micro/Nano Fabrication Laboratory Advanced Optics Manufacturing Centre and Ultra-Precision Machining Centre Printed Circuit Board Technology Centre Microfabrication Laboratory
Time	:	10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
No. of participants	:	Maximum 20 (Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis) Registered participants gather at G/F (Fountain), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom, Kowloon at 10:00 a.m. on 21 st October 2011.
Transportation	:	Located at the centre of the city, PolyU is easily accessible by various means of public transport: MTR Head for Hung Hom Station on the East Rail Line, then take the footbridge at Exit A1 to reach our main campus (Please refer to MTR for interchange information) Buses For public buses that run through the Cross Harbour Tunnel - get off at the stop at the entrance/exit of the Tunnel on the Kowloon side (Details of bus routes are available from Kowloon Motor Bus and Citybus and New World First Bus ) Taxis Pick-up and drop-off at the entrance on Cheong Wan Road

Afternoon Session - Hong Kong Science Park

Location	:	Hong Kong Science Park Shatin, New Territories Presentation and Discussion on Understand Incubation programme for new set up business; Look for business partnership with other companies in Hong Kong Science Park; and Overview of Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation Visit to Prof. Charles K. Kao Auditorium & Showcase Visit to Green 18
Time	:	3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
No. of participants	:	Maximum 40 (Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis) Registered participants gather at G/F (in front of LED Screen), Core Building 1, Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin, New Territories at 3:00 p.m. on 21st October 2011.
Transportation	:	Located at Shatin, Hong Kong Science Park is easily accessible by public vehicle: Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) 272K - Between Mass Transit Railway (MTR) University Station Bus Terminus and Hong Kong Science Park Mass Transit Railway (MTR) University Station Bus Terminus at Mass Transit Railway (MTR) University Station (Departure point) Bus Terminus at Hong Kong Science Park (Arrival point)
